Monitoring Housing Market Trends (West Yorkshire Housing Partnership)

Town and Regional Planning (University of Sheffield) in partnership with CRESR at Sheffield Hallam University have recently completed a short commission to establish a housing market monitoring framework for the West Yorkshire Housing Partnership. Drawing on up to date small area data sources, the framework has developed a number of Key Market Indicators capable of tracking change in West Yorkshire’s housing markets.
