Ministerial Advisory Panel: Future Regulation of Social Housing

Professor Ian Cole has been appointed as the independent chair of a Ministerial Advisory Panel examining the future regulation of social housing in England. The Panel has been set up following the publication of the report last year by Professor Martin Cave into the future regulation of the social housing sector, and the creation of the new Homes and Communities Agency, which has responsibility for future investment in housing and neighbourhood regeneration. Professor Cole's Panel will be reporting to the government in June 2008.
